I can't seem to find the way to add the christmans 1gb free add-on. Could it be because I still have data left from another free 1gb add-on I received in november? Or maybe I just cant figure out how to add the free add-on? Thanks!

I got the full 1Gb from the previous promotion as well as 1gb from this. Total 2Gb unused.
Just add the add-Ons as usual. The promotion ones would be showing up for $0 on top under DATA and TALK.

I can't seem to bring the offer up on my add-on page. I get this every time I try. I'm on pre-authorized payments. I'm not expired and I don't really want to add $$ to the account to purchase a free add-on.

When I go to the Plan and Add-Ons tab I get this message every time:

Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.

Any advice???

It's on the 30 day renewal which happened on Nov 20. Do I need to remove auto pay to add funds and then add auto pay again?

my service is working fine.

There is a weird look to the overview page though:

The My Data & Add-Ons section has overlapped wording (can't read it).

Also, when I go to the Payment tab, it won't allow me to add funds to my account (nothing in the payment method dropdown). Maybe because I'm already on autopay???

Tried both of those options but no luck. Still getting the same screens in incognito and with cleared cache. Even tried opening in Edge browser instead of Chrome and still get the same screens.
