Signed up for the Xmas gift international calls. Shows on my add-ons. I dial mexico

011 52 phone number and does not go through. Says does not accept short code.

I also rebooted my phone

Try 011-52- 10 or 11 digit number

Try this

I would also try +52 followed by the phone number.

I tried that number. I got "we don't support the short code you are trying to reach"

I think that free christmas gift they are promoting is fake.

If it worked for you and does not for me, I can only think that my 400 min available on international calls from the free gift does not actually work. It shows I have it but I guess I realy dont. I will try a europe number shortly.
