Dear mods, I want bring this to your attention:

When user tried forgotten password, systems asks email address, not phone number.

When user register, it asks phone number.

I have two phone lines, that requires me to have two seperate my account profiles. One of them, I don't remember what email address I used to register. I recollect registering with just phone number and not using any email.

How can I retrieve the user ID and reset password?

When you registered then you should have receieved a welcome email with your userid. If you can't find then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
