Immediately. Unused portion of both minutes or data will roll over to next month. Once all used up, then the add on will disappear.

I tried to call to Russia, but it says I can't, because "talk is not include in my plan"...

My Plan is 50$ plan + new free adds on for Hollidays.

Sorry, but calling to Russia is not included with this long distance add-on. You'd have to pay another company or use internet-based calling.
