Can't receive calls from the US

My phone is able to receive calls from Canadian numbers but not US numbers. The US caller was on Verizon and got the error "call cannot be completely as dialed."

Try calling them and see if that works. How long since you signed up?

I can call them fine, I just can't receive their calls. I activated about a week ago.

But you can receive a Canadian call correct? If so, my guess it's on the other end. Tell them to check into their plan? They are dialing +1, I assume.

Verizon system may not have the latest update for your number?

@popping A week ago, is that possible? How often are numbers updated? I did not know they had to be.

IDK. I think phone system is similar to the Internet. There must be a routing table somewhere to connect to the number.
