Log in to your self-serve account & click purchase add-ons. Add the gifts by clicking the + buttons, buy and confirm. Make sure you only get the $0 ones.

I got the answer & did that thanks. I was hoping to be entered into the draw for free gift cards to Amazon. If you can do that it would be great.

It's in the purchase add one setting of your account, and the add-ons for the 1gb data and 400 international minutes will be free to add for the month!
