Can you elaborate more? Were they working and now they're not? Did you just sign up or have you been a PM user for awhile? What plan are you on? What do you see on the phone? Self Serve?

You just may have to add money in your self serve account. Payment may be due today.

@naveenk47756 hi are you on the 10 dollar plan? it's possible you ran out of minutes check your data and add on section an see if there are any minutes there

You will not be able to make calls for number of reasons including non payment. Provide more details and also check your account for details.

Check your account if you don't have an unlimited calling plan, and if you do try restarting your phone and/or taking the Sim card out and putting it back in!

Reinserting the Sim car worked for me when I had this problem.
