I purchased zero dollar addon today. However, my 1gb free data got on august or September disappeared and the free data usage became 800mb. How come about it

You are another customer with similar issue of data running out faster when you added the promo data add on. Hopefully, PM will have a fix for this soon.

Keep watching in the Announcement section as it sounds like yours is a commonly reported problem today. I'm sure they'll make your data proper once the issue is sorted out.

OP Update

The previous fee data appeared back, but the holiday free data is still showing use up. I guess the holiday free data addon replace the regular location. Hope it can be solved soon.

Sounds as though they are getting it sorted out. Give it some more time.
