Phone cuts out during calls

My phone and my wifes phone keep cutting out about 10 minutes into a call any ideas?

I also had this problem. I have an iPhone 5se. I had to turn off my phone to reset it and the problem tends to go away. Hope that helps.

If it goes away after reset, that sounds like a phone issue. Did you try another phone?

That could be anything from bad antenna, weak signal, or account issue the best way is to try your sim in another phone and another Public sim in your phone from a different account.

If reset doesn't work,use other phone to try, mine Moto did the same thing,must bad antenna.

We both have iphone 7s that were originally on the telus network. No issues with text or data. Last night the calls were getting crackly even when I had 5 bars.

By reset, do you mean a full factory reset?
