      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tried to activate my Public Mobile SIM card, and on the summary page it said the request failed and I should ask here. Well, here I am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The credit card I used got charged, but if I put the SIM in it says cellular data can't be activated. I didn't receive a verification email and if I try to log in into the self-serve account or try creating one, I get error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I do get Public and LTE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't access all my APN settings, for some reason I only see the one for tethering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's an iPhone 5s, and yes, it's unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure the error must be on PM's side, cause my girlfriend activated her PM sim on an identical phone five minutes after, didn't get the message and it works now. She even used the same Credit Card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know, and I do that on a regular basis, but it will take time that I don't want to invest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I've changed providers a few times now, and it's never been this much of a hassle. I surely won't tinker with my phone which has practically got my whole life on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try and fix whatever went wrong during the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you go to &lt;STRONG&gt;settings-general-profile&lt;/STRONG&gt; and make sure that there is no existing profile, if there is no profile then it's good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
