Yes the site is overwhemed today with everyone trying to log in. Keep trying at different times of the day and maybe you'll catch a break.

For now try calling 611 from your phone for paying your bill.

I think people are trying to log in because their data stopped working. That's what happened to me after I added the 1 GB Christmas bonus last night.

Opening it in Incognito, Firefox, Brave, or any other browser, it doesn't matter. It is way slower than usual now because of the Holiday promo from PM of 1GB data and 400 minutes international calling to select countries. This is also trending on Red Flag deals so expect longer than usual wait times.
