      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah it isn't as though your friend called a service rep at PM who took care of making a payment for you but misunderstood and set up Autopay at the same time. If your friend used a credit card your friend set up Autopay. I think the only other way would be that you or your friend bought a payment voucher at a dealer and went into your account to deposit the voucher there. If that sounds Greek to you, your friend used a credit card to set up Autopay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AE_Collector&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As has been said, the Terms and Conditions that we all agreed on cover this, but if you're really nice and accept the responsibility for the mistake, you'll never know what they'll do in the end. Not sure why you didn't purchase a voucher to avoid this problem. Unfortunately receiving a refund is not possible. The only option is to have your friend call their credit card and deal with it that way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
