    <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your balance in your online account. If your payment for your monthly service has been applied to your account then you should see that deducted from the balance. Also check your payment history and see if there was a payment taken for the month in question to cover the price of your plan. If it is showing and you still don't have service then contact the moderators. I would also power off and on my phone to see if that would help in getting service. You can also dial*611 and see if a payment has been added or hear if the service is active. The auto service on*611 will let you know if your balance is good or if a to up is needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would try the lost/stolen &amp;amp; found phone trick and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot you phone in between the lost/stolen &amp;amp; found cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
