Dear Sir/Madam,

My account is new and I am signed up for auto pay. I just checked. The only tab available was to deactivate auto pay. However an email came today that says I'm not signed up for auto pay.

I guess I ignore that ?

Is there two kinds of auto pay ? One that just pays The next month. And one that pays every month continuously Ongoing until changed ? I don't know I'm probably reading too much into it.

@KenR Login to your self-serve account and go to My Rewards tab. See if AutoPay discount is $2. If yes, then AutoPay is correctly applied and will be used on your next renewal.

@KenR There is only one kind of autopay. The system will charge your credit card every 30 days until you deactivate autopay.
