I don't know the minimum time requried to make sure that the card will be processed on time but I would enter it As Soon As Possible.

@nikitadhir90 My understanding is that it does not qualify but best to check with your bank.

No, VisaDebit is not PAP. You can not schedule it to be done prior to the payment date and/or renewal date.

VisaDebit works exactly like a credit card. Payment is made via a request by Public Mobile to your bank to send the money.

PAP is not available at Public Mobile - the VisaDebit is the best interface with your bank account otherwise.
