      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also WoW Mobile, the Mobile Store (in some Superstore, Loblaws, No Frills etc) and some Koodo dealers as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With free SIM cards from dealers it is definitely easiest to go to one today if possible and walk out a PM customer with a bunch of other perks as well. If unable to get out to a dealer today to get activated your only other way to grab the deals today is to get a SIM Card serial number from someone who will mail it to you so you can activate a new account today, get the perks and then port your number to it in a couple of days once you receive the card in the mail. When information is be passed from one person to another, I believe that mistakes are more likely to be made.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
