Were you trying to activate and had to start over? Wait one hour clear your browser and use secret /incognito mode preferably using chrome or Firefox. Start again. Don't use the back button. Copy your billing address exactly from your credit card statement. Leave the apt/unit box empty and do not use a space in the postal code box. Use ALL CAPS if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
