You could try logging out and in again or use a different browser and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still unable to change the plan submit a ticket to the moderators by clicking on the green ? in the bottom right corner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help with an issue I'm having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on the $10 off $40/3 months plan, and now I want to change to a new plan. When I try 'see more options' I encounter this error message :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this happened to anyone before? How can I change from the 8.5GB to the 4GB plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sonja&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/103378"&gt;@Sonja&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Website also can be finicky. &amp;nbsp;Trying a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode sometimes works. &amp;nbsp;Chrome incognito seems to work well with this site. &amp;nbsp;Or give some time in between attempts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
