    <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone was working fine before and I can make outbound calls no problem. Inbound callers can hear ringing but my phone does nothing. No display changes, no ring, no indication a call came in. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or you're on do not disturb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do callers get to your voicemail?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you changed your phone's software in anyway? If you've rooted your phone and installed a custom ROM, that could be causing your problem. Or perhaps you've installed a specific app that's causing issues. We need some more information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
