just tried using sim in IPhone XR and says sim not supported here is my sim number

@sharko1969 the reason it says that is because the iPhone is locked to another provider other than telus/Koodo /public mobile

The phone us not locked to any other provider I have used other sim card also worked only public mobile sim has not worked

It's actually from freedom accepted Rogers sim but not public mobile

@sharko1969 ive heard before that sometimes Rogers locks phones when you put a Sim in it. I'm not sure if you'd contact Rogers or freedom to get it unlocked
