@Kevinmax Have you registered your account under My Account? If you do, you can go to the website to update your account and set up autopay information. Make sure the address in the account is the same as your credit card and no space in Postal Code.

Hi @Kevinmax , you need to sign in to your self-serve account (My Account) and you can setup or update your credit card info under the Payments tab and clicking "Manage AutoPay" as shown below:

It's recommended to delete the old cc first and then add the new one.

I would also, top up with 1 $ just to make sure.
