      <description>&lt;P&gt;There were some issues with dropped calls in the past, it was affecting 15 plans with calls dropped around minute 7 and done other plans would cut off at about an hour. This problem couldn't be fixed by users, they had to contact moderators. The best is if you click on the question mark and ask to talk to human', you will have an option to creat a ticket&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you'll find that signal will improve outside on a patio or deck. You can use an antenna booster, but they can get expensive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
