My Plan just recently renewed. I want to switch back to a lower plan.

Here are some questions;

1. Do I wait until the renweal date to change plan?

2. If I switch now, can I still use the plan which I paid for?

3. if I switch now, will it automatically change?

4. What would be the best thing to do at this point?

@Wieland_L , when changing plans there are two options. 1. Immediate plan change - you have to pay again immediately and will lost the remainder of the current plan cycle. 2. Future dated plan change on renewal day - current plan cycle runs out and you switch to the new plan. I suggest you pick the plan that you wan to change to and select the option to change to that plan on renewal.

1. PM plans are prepaid plan. If you change plan immedately, any unused days will not be refunded. Therefore, always to schedule plan change at your next renewal date.

3. Yes, you get your new plan right away.
