      <description>&lt;P&gt;The message is legit and Public Mobile sends same message a few times a year.&amp;nbsp; CCTS is who to complain to if you have dispute with Public Mobile and you feel it isn't getting fixed in timely fashion.&amp;nbsp; Once you've seen this message, ignore future copies of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
