us roaming ad on not working

I am in the states, and bought a us roaming ad on for unlimited calls for 10 days. It is listed as an ad on, but when i try to make a call I receive a message saying I do not have this service

Super frustrating! Has this happened to anybody, any ideas?

Try manually selecting either AT&T or T-mobile and see if that helps.Restart phone and let us know.

Sometimes just cycling phone off / on will get things going. Let us know if that works for you.

@daniel28 Yes, other customers have reported similar problems today. Best to submit a ticket to PM and let them know.

Select T Mobile or ATT after restarting your phone.
