Which add did you purchase?

Buying an add on is a 2 step process. Need to load funds and then purchase the add on.

@GmaGpa Make sure that the add-on has been added to your account. Access selfserve and check to make sure it appears under add-ons. If not, you need to purchase the add-on. Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. First you add the funds to your account then you must purchase the add-on.
