      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password and cant access my account online anymore and cant top up my balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i try to sign in it tells me to contact publicmobile to reactivate it but it doesnt give me any contact info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so you can also top up with *611, have you tried that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get the account reset and reactivated you will need to message the &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;Moderators with this link&lt;/A&gt;. But that can take up to 48 hours for the moderators to get back to you.. so if you are in a time crunch go for the first option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you go past 90 without payment, your account gets deleted and you would have to get a new SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
