Have you tried the "Forgot your password?" link on the account login page?

Did you try FORGET MY PASSWORD for your self serve account? If yes and nothing help write a private message to the moderator here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 ant they will help you. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days but they work 7/7 days.

@Dorisguest , just re-register your phone number with a different email account if you want to get access to your account right away. Use the "create Account" below to proceed.
