      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/89078"&gt;@JD3&lt;/a&gt;It happens.. one of the quirks of PM.. try with another credit card or Visa debit.. or get a voucher from a retailers.. you can try to get the moderators to manually add the card for you but that might take ages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
