      <description>&lt;P&gt;The extra funds won't be lost and can be used for your next payment. They will show in available funds. A moderator could give you a refund for the extra charge if you wish to do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They can appear in both places for a few days. It might be only one. If they did charge twice, you'll need to follow the earlier advice about contacting moderators.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
