      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the watch compatible with Public Mobile?&amp;nbsp; Are you able to activate the SIM in your phone, to receive the text message with the verification code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember, a data only sim doesn't receive any SMS message other than those (I think) from PM directly.&amp;nbsp; Also no telephone voice calls either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you got locked out you need to wait an hour. If the card has been previously activated then you need to purchase a new card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
