      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some odd reason, my phone stopped receiving phone calls and sms, but I can send and call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to look through the forum but really didn't find anything.&amp;nbsp; I haven't changed my plan or added any new add-ons for the last couple of months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing I tried, that I read on the forum, was to report the phone as being lost/stolen, then after a couple of minutes, say it was found and restart the phone.&amp;nbsp; Still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(note you would lose wifi and bluetooth stored connections)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yes then you could do as follows on an android phone...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;To reset the network settings:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Open Settings app.&lt;BR /&gt;Tap General management.&lt;BR /&gt;Tap Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;Tap Reset network settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Tap RESET SETTINGS button.&lt;BR /&gt;Restart and check for the problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
