@lelainabredeweg Public Mobile is a prepaid service. Use it or lose it and no refunds.

@geopublic is correct. There will be no refunds. In additon to any plan that you are already partly into, any extra balance will also be wiped out when the account gets closed (whether due to expiry or phone number port out).
