The add-on will stay in your account until all minures in your add-on are used. Change plan will not affect any add-ons you have in your account.

@ggd Yes, addons are associated with your account and not with your plan so they will always be available.

Add on minutes will never expire no matter what plan you're on. 5.00 for 500 minutes is a great deal!.
