      <title>Can I get a refund on an unused add-on?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My dad bought an add-on for 400 international minutes, but neglected to read the list of supported countries. So he's got 400mins that he's probably never going to use. Is there a way he can get a refund on it, or at least remove the add-on and put the 15bucks towards his public mobile balance?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry no&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can try asking moderators to do it. They are not obliged at all to do it, only of it is through the fault of public mobile. But often they do want to please customers so you may be lucky. You can reach them by clicking on the question mark and typing talk to human&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just type 'talk to human'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will ask you 'really?' couple of times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you'll have a button 'submit a ticket'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You also have an option of sending message directly, you don't get a ticket number but you get the conversation with a moderator started&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
