@gitwet50Make sure you are using AT&T as a provider if you are in remote areas.

can not seem to get anything working in the states, tried every question. Is there any way to talk to a real person?

PM does not have a call center. You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@gitwet50 auto payment has nothing to do with buying an add on. After you put funds on your account you go and purchase the roaming add on. After on your overview page you should see in the add on section that you have the roaming add on listed there.

You must contact a moderator by clicking on ?, bottom right, and following instructions. PM does not have a call centre and this is how they keep costs down and offer good prices to customers.

You may not have roaming activated or turned on with your phone. See if that works.
