Try in the 611 service. 12 digits only.

Let alone expired...is it past 90 days? 611 or *611 should both work to get to the same place.

Can you get into the self-serve?

611 should work up until account deactivation which happens 90 days after suspension.

Are you sure you're using the 12 digit code?

RossN asks where because some stores have a delay in the activation of the voucher.

This happened once before and someone here was able to add but wait until tomorrow I don’t understand, I entered the vouchers online twice and won’t add and tried 611 all I got was sorry not valid or something
