Forgot to add text to plan

I just signed up for the 90 prepay unlimited provincial talk, unlimited international text and 6gb plan for $120.
However I forgot to select the Unlimited international text when I set the plan up. I tried to add it after but only managed to accidentally add another $120($135) to my account when all I wanted was the initial unlimited international text.
Please help me find a way to get a refund on the funds I didn't mean to add and have the text added to my plan.

So when I signed up for the freedom 4 promotion I also forgot to add then text plan which I really need to reactivate several of my phone apps. I tried contacting the email support and privately sending the mod messages but no one seems to be responding. However it seems like the mod has been responding quickly to people (except me). It's been almost 48hrs and I haven't heard a reply. Am I doing something wrong? If someone is able to help me that would be great! I just wanted the mod to add the text plan to my current plan and to ensure that I qualify for the freedom 40 since the promo expires tomorrow. Thanks so much!
