    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sent message to moderators twice now. Can’t call out getting the message my plan doesn’t include talk. But it does all paid up with auto pay was able to call out yesterday&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really need to make calls please help ADAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link&amp;nbsp; sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. Click Suspend. Log out and wait for 5 minutes before restarting and Resume service. Cycle phone off/on again. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can do this in your self service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Report it stolen, wait 5 mins and report you found it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try adding 1$ to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These can by tried while waiting for the Mods.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
