      <title>Sim cards are not working :(</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I work for a retailer and some of the sim cards we have ordered aren't working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ex)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Some sim cards are not readable (Tested on multiple unlocked phones)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-When going through activation, it won't detect the sim card #. Or it would say "Invalid sim card"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to refund these cards or return for a replacement?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is it a listed retailer? Or is your retailer just buying SIM's and doing online activations for folks? If listed then I should think they'd have the proper channels to ask this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I should think there would be channels for you as a retailer to go through to do something about possibly bad SIM's.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
