      <title>Cannot make payment for account reactivation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspended my son's account since his phone was stolen.&amp;nbsp; I have a new phone and SIM and I am trying to reactivate his account.&amp;nbsp; The credit card is current.&amp;nbsp; However I cannot "Submit" payment.&amp;nbsp; I press the button and nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought that it may be my browser (Firefox) so I tried Chrome and I am still unable to submit payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The menu choice I am doing is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plan And Add-Ons &amp;gt; Reactivate Current Plan &amp;gt; Confirm Amount &amp;gt; Press Submit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24839"&gt;@svenasse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try Chrome incognito mode. &amp;nbsp;Clearing cache might also help. &amp;nbsp;The website is finicky. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you manage to change SIM card number in the self service account? &amp;nbsp;If you did, you could also dial 611 on your phone to load up money. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please disregard.&amp;nbsp; I needed to first move the account out of the Lost/Stolen status.&amp;nbsp; Payment was received and the account has been reactivated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
