    <description>&lt;P&gt;On Oct. 30 I set-up a change plan for Nov. 9, from $10.00/month to $40.00/month. The system accepted the change and the total of $45.20 was taken and available funds showed on my account for $40.00. However, when I attempted to use my cellular signal it wasn't available. I just checked my on-line account and only $10.00 was removed leaving $33.00 in available funds. Can this be corrected to give me my full $40.00 plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
