    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your service work after reneal date?&amp;nbsp; If only double charge, but all works fine and your account has extra credit in it for use next cycle.&amp;nbsp; It is ok, nothing to worry , because its bug.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been double billed for an account that I opened May 7. I paid when I opened my account. I signed up for auto-pay with my credit card and the payment came out June 7. But my account was suspended... I added more money to the account and I was billed again on June 11 for $35.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What can you see for those transactions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sounds like you were a victim of that bug as well. At least the extra money will stay on your account for your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
