You can post to this forum with any questions. Moderators can be contacted by private message to resolve issues. There is no phone number to call for support.

@lovepatel898Can you define customer service? If you mean face to face or voice help? nope.. Public Mobile is DIY, the forum is the main source of help and if need to be, user will have to contact Moderator_Team to escalate their issue.

There is customer service with Public Mobile. It is by private messaging moderators (PM employees). There is no call centre or live agent online. Moderators can take up 2 hours to 48 hours to respond.

If you have any specific questions, community members can try to help. Many problems can be solved without moderator help. Community members are customers like yourself. We do not have direct access to your account.

Yup - this is it!!!

The Community tries to help including some resident experts (the Oracles), and if further help is needed you would contact a Moderator who will hopefully be able to respond quickly.

Although that is supposed to be the official line (not quite sure about "policy"), let's be honest. Sometimes they meet those targets BUT there are MANY times when the response times can be MANY days. So you have to develop patience like JOB. And some times know how to be persistent.

And sometimes never, requiring to resubmit the request.
