    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried added 30 days unlimited provincial wide take for $27 but another plan was added and $15 deducted from my amount which i did not choose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I added funds to my account via vouchers and clicked change plan i had the correct amount to cover the plan. $15 was deducted from my credit for the 10 day plan which i did not choose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm a little confused at how the plan changes work. I signed up yesterday the the 90/days $120 package and I just realized that I didn't check off text. I'm trying to change it and it's saying that it will be more than $120 although there is a discount on it that brings it to the same price. How do I go abouts changing this so I can get text for the current three months.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've set up auto-pay and see a preauthorization on my credit card for $120 from yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once I activated the SIM the default option for that plan wasn't there or perhaps I didn't see it so I had to rebuild it myself and I guess it defaulted the text section to "No Text". It's not in my payment history so I have two options at the moment where as three would be the same price.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same exact thing happened to me when I signed up on Monday! I sent PM an e-mail but haven't received a response. I've been so busy with work but I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;finally have time to get this sorted. Looks like community help is the best way to go!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could've sworn I checked off the global text option but I guess I didn't tap hard enough when I signed up for the plan with my tablet!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12777"&gt;@azuljays﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;welcome to Public Mobile! &amp;nbsp;Yes you will typically get a much quicker turnaround in the community forums than by email support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For future reference if you need to change your plan again in the future:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a fully pre-paid model, and does not typically offer any refunds or credits on unused portions of your plan. &amp;nbsp;What this means is, when you go to change your plan online, you will be given two buttons. &amp;nbsp;One of them is to schedule the plan change for your next renewal date. &amp;nbsp;This means, you carry on with your current plan until it ends, and then your next cycle starts with the new plan you've just chosen. &amp;nbsp;This is what you will typically want to do. &amp;nbsp;The other option is to do the plan change right away. &amp;nbsp;What this does is to end your current plan/cycle, and forfeit any remaining days/$ that would have been left. &amp;nbsp;If then starts a new cycle on the new plan you've chosen, and charges you the full amount for that cycle. &amp;nbsp;Use this only if you desperately need the new plan options and can't wait unti the next renewal date. &amp;nbsp;For example, if you are 20 days into a 90 day cycle for, say, $90, and then choose to immediately change your plan to a new 90 day plan that's $120, you will pay the full $120 at the moment, and this is on top of the $90 you paid 20 days earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this was clear but let me know if you have any follow up questions. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am in the same boat as the original poster - when I tried to go online to add the texting to my phone I got the message that it would cost more than what I had already paid, though I know that it is $120 for 90 days just the same as what I have already paid... Since I just started with Public Mobile I had no idea what to do.. Looks like I needed to find this community forum. Can I also get the texting added to my plan?</description>
