    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi the person helping me at Walmart told me the plan I was activating included text and voicemail but it didn’t, it was data only. When I realized this later at home I had to change it and now I am being billed $30 to activate as well as 35 for the plan I actually needed. Can I be reimbursed or credited the $30?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Generally, with prepaid plans there are no refunds, but I'm not really sure what the policy would be if Walmart was the one that made the mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess you can try contacting Walmart to see what their policy is or send a message to the moderators here to see if they can credit your account.
