      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/109060"&gt;@A-sharma&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More details would be helpful. &amp;nbsp;There are a few different PINs. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Public mobile PIN is chosen when you activated your account and PM sent you a text with that PIN. &amp;nbsp;This PIN is needed to confirm your identity when you need moderator help. &amp;nbsp;You also need this PIN if you dial 611 to buy an add on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you forgot your PIN or lost that initial text, you can contact moderator to get the PIN. &amp;nbsp;Click on the quesiton mark on the right lower corner to start the ticketing process to get moderator help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
