Why are you canceling? You have been to the US and no longer need it or was it purchased in error. As this is Prepaid there are no refunds but you may be able to get it credited to your account for future use

As stated above, generally, there are no refunds with prepaid accounts like Public mobile. If you feel that you have a valid reason, you could contact moderator to see whether they can possibly credit your account. YMMV.

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator and follow the prompts to submit ticket.
