      <title>Email User ID Not Valid</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to a Loblaws kiosk in mid August and paid for a sim card.&amp;nbsp; The guy was very nice helping me to register my sim online on his laptop to get my phone working right away.&amp;nbsp; But some how I could not sign in when I got home using my smartphone.&amp;nbsp; I cannot sign in with my email user ID (the same email PM sent me to remind me to sign up).&amp;nbsp; As it doesn't even recognize my email, I can't go in to click on "forgot my password".&amp;nbsp; I might have tried too many times and it locked my email up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, this week my phone stopped working with problem with my credit card.&amp;nbsp; I had to go to Loblaws to purchase a money voucher to put in using *611.&amp;nbsp; I can use the phone now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to re-register my account online so I can update my credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
