      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switch from freedom on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nov 10, 2019.&amp;nbsp; their plan was 6gb for $40.&amp;nbsp; I had both Public and freedom for 2 weeks while I tested my new Public service. Now 100% Public.&amp;nbsp; Not fair I missed&amp;nbsp;$10/mo for 6 months by 5 days. Are you able to help?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are right, it's really a shame&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is why so many are waiting to jump on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me if was even worse, I waited and waited and waited... Every morning I checked, finally it was there... The thingy is that I saw it advertised before official announcement or any small print. So I signed up, but it was only for some plans (that I didn't pick actually and I could have)I found out about 6 hours after I signed up. I was sooooooo happy for those 6 hours. I'm still happy now, but I remember that 'oooopsieee'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yup it does sting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Moderators too, you can try but they have very strict policy about those. Unless it's their fault or system, there is nothing they can do. In general they will try really hard to get you so many things when thighs are not smooth or not as promised and they will give perks, but with this one they are strict.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really sorry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the problem with targeted offers.&amp;nbsp; There will be customers that are ineligible and therefore unhappy.&amp;nbsp; I am sure we have all made purchases only to find a lower price some time later with no recourse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mod said its automatic and built into the system they use.&amp;nbsp; Mod would have to change activation date and billing, whch they cant.&amp;nbsp; oh well.&amp;nbsp; all working fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
